Stephen established Grange Wealth Advisors and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. His passion is helping his clients. Insightful and responsive, nothing is too small or too much trouble. The basis for his business? For his clients to be in a better position than before they met.

Coming from a farming background, Stephen grew up in a small Riverina town playing Aussie Rules and cricket. Working in the banking and finance industry since 2000, Stephen has travelled the length and the breadth of country NSW. But now, no longer having the ‘capacity’ to continue with football and cricket, and with his four children all grown up, he’s looking forward to enjoying a different type of travel. One of leisure. One with an international flavour.

Michael Rizzo

Michael has worked in the banking and finance industry since 1988.  In that time, and during his 16 years as a financial advisor, he has developed strong technical knowledge.  These skills help him develop strategies across all types of investments and superannuation.

Michael believes there are two sides to each goal. Working alongside his clients to help them achieve their goals,  And his own goal; to provide advice that creates a genuine and meaningful improvement in clients’ financial positions.

Michael’s love of Harley Davidson motorbikes and listening to music are a match made in heaven.  Riding with his mates both locally and interstate and spending quality time with his family are the pleasures around which his life is based.

With over 20 years’ experience as a financial planner, Mark’s experience in the industry is vast, and he can provide advice on the full spectrum of financial planning, while specialising in the areas of Aged Care and Centrelink advice.

Mark takes pride in guiding clients to a better position through strategy, advice, education, open communication and understanding. He finds it especially rewarding assisting clients through the transitional time, from their work life to retirement and helping to protect their financial wellbeing through the uncertainties of life.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends and time outdoors doing some gardening, playing hockey and keeping fit. On a hot day in Griffith, he enjoys a cold beer, while the local wines can be enjoyed at any time. 

Victoria Habra

Victoria enjoys establishing trusting long-term relationships with her clients and assisting them to find a balance between enjoying their lifestyle now whilst building on a strong foundation to be financially prepared for the exciting milestones that lay ahead in their future.

Outside of work, Victoria loves spending quality time with her family, reading a great book and going on outdoor adventures with her husband and two children.

James Meehan

In 2018, amidst the Banking Royal Commission, James recognised the changing landscape of financial advice. Seeing many advisers leave the industry, he felt a strong urge to contribute to positive change and made the decision to shift from his corporate banking role to focus on personalised financial advice.

With over a decade of experience in esteemed organisations like JP Morgan, Macquarie, BT, and Ord Minnett, James expertly applies the knowledge and expertise accrued during his career when advising clients. He takes pride in working with his clients to help them build, protect, and grow their wealth in a tax-efficient manner and diligently nurtures their goals, guiding them to their best possible life.

James firmly believes in the importance of enduring adviser-client relationships. He believes that a proficient advisor not only optimises client positions but also empowers clients to achieve financial security and make wise investment choices.

On his days off James enjoys watching sport (most sports), but in particular has been a loyal Cronulla Sharks member for many years and rarely misses a game.

Sue Mead

Sue’s expertise is customer service. She started working in the financial services industry in 2005 for several years and then after that, the export industry and the Department of Human Services.  In other words, she’s good at managing everything and everybody – particularly us and all that is our practice!

Born in Africa, Sue grew up and spent most of her adult life there with her husband and their two children.  Now all grown up, their children have given them three delightful grandchildren (without, of course, being biased).

Sue has a passion for wildlife photography and enjoys track and field athletics.

With over 22 years’ experience in the financial services industry Fotini is passionate about helping individuals, families and business owners manage their unique and often complex, personal, and financial affairs, and ultimately lead the lives they desire.

Fotini enjoys establishing trusting long-term relationships with her clients and her mantra is “we are in the people game first and foremost”!

Having been born in Australia and later grown up on a Greek island, Fotini feels that she and her two sons are blessed to have the best of both worlds. Some of her most treasured moments centre around a big family table with loved ones, lots of food and laughter.

With over 10 years’ previous experience in hospitality, Emma knows how to work with, and manage, people.  She’s a people person. Not only does she support our planners, she supports us all.

With a dedicated passion to learn, Emma joined our business in 2014.  Before finding the career she now loves in Finance and Admin, she completed studies in Criminology and Psychology.

And her passion for learning isn’t confined to the four walls of the office.  Studying French, one day Emma hopes to be able test her language skills driving through the South of France.

Not only does she enjoy the fruits of her labour at work, but also in the garden.

With strong customer service experience, Leanne’s attention to detail ensures all client queries are handled professionally and efficiently. Leanne enjoys the variation and diversity of her role as and the interaction she has with Martin’s clients. 

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys family gatherings, spoiling her four grandsons, painting, jigsaws, walking and being in the garden.

While still fairly new to the industry, Stephanie has quickly established herself as an invaluable and dynamic addition to the team. Prior to joining Grange, Stephanie graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering and later discovered her interest in Finance & Administration.

Beyond her formal education, Stephanie is a dedicated self-learner and loves to read books with a focus on business and self-leadership. Her self-taught knowledge enables her to accomplish her work with maximum efficiency.

With a passion for the arts, Stephanie enjoys dancing and performing when an opportunity arises.

Stephanie places great value on work-life balance and cherishes quality time with family and friends during weekends, whether it’s camping, short trips to the beach or enjoying a meal together.
